Greetings! To keep our community informed of progress on the BOD, we have planned to host our monthly meetings near to the community once a quarter. The first quarter is coming to a close. This month we are really pleased with the opportunity to host our March BOD meeting (March 12) at the local FireStation #6. The FireStation is just around the corner on Ten-Ten a short distance past Harris Teeter.

Location: Cary Fire Station #6; 3609 Ten-Ten Road
We have a special purpose for the meeting. Our local fire-fighters are opening their facility to us to give us an education on what to expect from living in our homes for 10+ years. There are some common problems that can be avoided if you know what the dangers of fires are and where they are lurking. They will also give us an informative tour of their facility. Due to space limitations*, we are requesting that only adults attend this meeting. The Social Committee will work on an opportunity where we can bring our children to the fire station for an educational session for them in the summer.
The BOD has purchased tickets to the upcoming concert featuring "The Temptations" at the Dorton Arena. The Raleigh Professional Fire Fighters Association is hosting the concert. Our purchase will benefit our local fire fighters. We will be drawing for the winner at the end of our meeting.
Please mark your calendars today for our quarterly meeting: learn about fire safety in our aging homes, meet and greet the firemen that support our Cotswold Community and possibly win the opportunity to hear "The Temptations" live in Raleigh.
